Outlook allows you to design two versions of every page, one used when you compose the item, the other when a user reads it.
To set up a page for separate Read and Compose versions, choose Form | Separate Read Layout.
Separate Read and Compose pages are used to hide certain information from Readers, and also to keep the Reader from changing information on the form.
CAUTION!! - Be extremely careful if you decide to use the Form | Separate Read Layout function to revert to a single page, because Outlook discards the page which is not visible when the command is executed.
